This agreement is a legal contract between you and Kuailian VPN (the 'Service Provider') for downloading, installing, and using the client application (the 'App').
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. Without authorization, users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text, or create derivative versions of the App. Intellectual property rights in the App, trademarks, interface, and content belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will provide notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for protecting device and account security and should avoid jailbreaking, rooting, or other actions that weaken system security.
This Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When those functions are used, you are also subject to the respective terms and privacy rules of those third-party providers.
Service availability depends on device condition, system permissions, network environment, carrier quality, and third-party platform status. The Service Provider is not responsible for losses caused by account arrears, data limits, poor signal, roaming charges, or use without permission from the bill payer.
Users are responsible for their own conduct, including compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. We strive to provide accurate route and service information, but some data may depend on third parties or real-time network conditions, so no connection is guaranteed to be error-free at all times. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install current versions when needed. The Service Provider reserves the lawful right to suspend, adjust, or terminate service.
