Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Kuailian VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') processes necessary personal information when providing clients, accounts, and network connection services. We collect data under a data-minimization principle and protect user privacy within this policy.
When you download, launch, or use the App, we may collect information needed to operate the service, including IP address, device operating system version, client logs, connection status, and in-app activity records. This information is used to: 1. recommend suitable nodes and connection options; 2. analyze anonymized network quality trends to improve stability; 3. send necessary service, security, or account notices. We do not use sensitive information for purposes unrelated to the service.
We only transmit aggregated or anonymized data to necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance statistics, and product improvement. Except where required by law, necessary for user safety, or required for trusted processors to perform service duties, we do not sell or share information that directly identifies you. You may stop new client data collection by uninstalling the App.
User-submitted data is retained while the account remains active and for a reasonable retention period afterward. To cancel your account or delete personal information, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The service is not intended for children under 13; if such information is collected by mistake, we will delete it as soon as practical. We use physical, electronic, and administrative measures to reduce data leakage risk.
This Privacy Policy may be updated due to legal, product, or operational changes. Continued use after an update is published means you accept the revised policy. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025. If you have questions about our privacy practices, contact the Kuailian VPN team at [email protected].
